That, right there, is a just-so story. Which makes it worth.....not much of anything as evidence goes.
As for miracles, the right experimental conditions would have to be present, like monitoring, replicability, preset conditions, etc. A 2000 year-old game of telephone where a guy says he knew a guy who knew a guy who knew a guy who saw a miracle certainly wouldn't cut it.
